Welcome to Amadote Web Design Agency (“Amadote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our website www.amadote.com or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including web design, development, and related consulting services. By using our site or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Services Provided

Amadote offers web design, development, and related digital services, which are outlined on our website. The scope, duration, and cost of each service are determined by individual agreements between Amadote and its clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.

4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for us to perform our services. Failure to provide such information may result in delays, additional costs, or cancellation of the project.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or resources they provide for use in a project do not violate third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other legal protections.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and other intellectual property created by Amadote as part of our services remain the property of Amadote until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final product for your specific project as agreed upon.

You may not claim ownership of, resell, redistribute, or otherwise use Amadote’s intellectual property for any purposes beyond the agreed-upon project without written consent from Amadote.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered by Amadote must be made as per the terms outlined in the agreement between the client and Amadote. We typically require a deposit before starting a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination of the contract.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed will be due immediately.

Amadote reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services and website if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to make payments.

8. Limitation of Liability
